| In 2005 we added another member to
our family ownership, Blair Kornegay, a Baton Rouge native who
was classically trained at The Culinary Institute of America in
New York. Together Michael and Blair have assumed the positions
of manager-owners and oversee daily operations. Between the two
they have over 32 years of restaurant and customer service
experience.
Our menu includes Southern-style cuisine such as poboys,
salads, soups, desserts, and daily plate lunch specials all
created from scratch with the finest ingredients available. In
July 2005 we began offering catering services for weddings,
office lunches, meetings, to-go meals for working families, in
home cooking classes, and many other custom created services.
As always, it is our distinct pleasure to provide all of our
guests with the freshest, fastest, and best quality lunch for
